Message:  “Prophets of a New Day”

Scripture:  1 Kings 13:29-30

“How do we become prophets for a new day?  First, we need to take spiritual inventory.  Each of us needs to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and discover exactly what it is that God is calling us to do.  The second thing is that we need to do in order to become prophets for a new day is obey the will of God.  This means, among other things, that we must accept the findings of our spiritual inventory. The third and final thing we need to do in order to become prophets for a new day is give praise and honor to almighty God.”

“Needed:  Prophets who will take a spiritual inventory, prophets who will obey God’s will, and prophets who will display an attitude of gratitude to the ends of both the praise and power of God.”
